You excel at product demonstrations and can effectively communicate how Tennr's solutions can enhance workflows and drive outcomes. You are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Account Executives and product/engineering teams, to ensure that solutions align with customer needs. You have a knack for tailoring proof of concepts that resonate with clients, showcasing the value of Tennr's offerings. Your ability to embed yourself in customer businesses helps you identify their unique challenges and how Tennr can address them. You are proactive in maintaining a rolodex of outcomes driven for similar customers, which aids in your consultative approach.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers to demonstrate the value of Tennr's products — you will conduct in-depth product demonstrations that highlight how Tennr can streamline referral processes and reduce delays in patient care. You will work closely with Account Executives to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring that every demonstration is relevant and impactful. Your role will involve developing proof of concepts that provide a tangible look and feel of how Tennr's solutions can integrate into existing workflows. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights that can help shape future product developments. Building relationships with clients will be key, as you will need to establish trust and credibility to facilitate successful outcomes. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and challenges in healthcare, allowing you to position Tennr as a leader in solving these issues. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Tennr's sales efforts and the satisfaction of its customers.
