Your role will involve conducting user research to understand how users manage their work and identifying areas for improvement. You will prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business goals, ensuring that the product evolves to meet the needs of its users. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of the product over time.
