Overview
TerrAscend is hiring a Cultivation Lead to oversee daily activities in the cultivation department. You'll assist the Cultivation Manager with crop tracking and production duties in Boonton, NJ.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in cultivation and a strong understanding of cannabis growing practices. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing a team effectively, ensuring that all cultivation processes are followed according to state regulations and company policies. You are passionate about the cannabis industry and committed to quality and care in your work.
What you'll do
As a Cultivation Lead, you will work closely with the Cultivation Manager to manage the day-to-day operations within the grow rooms. You will oversee the activities of assigned cultivation team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include crop tracking, documentation, and performing various crop production duties such as labeling and cleaning. You will also be involved in training team members to uphold the standards set by TerrAscend.
