What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Teya, you will lead a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across a defined territory β€” your primary responsibility will be to develop, coach, and grow your team while delivering on sales targets. You will work closely with the Head of Field Sales to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives that align with Teya's mission to empower small businesses.

You will be responsible for setting clear objectives for your team, monitoring their performance, and providing the necessary support to help them achieve their goals β€” your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-energy and connected culture within the team. You will also engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure that Teya's offerings are tailored to meet those needs effectively.
