Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the fintech sector. You understand the importance of building relationships and have a knack for engaging with local businesses to drive growth. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

You are data-driven and can analyze market insights to identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, allows you to enhance processes and offerings effectively. You are committed to providing exceptional support to your team and the merchants you serve, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.

What you'll do

As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will be the face of Teya in Milan, directly impacting the growth of our business and the success of local small enterprises. You will lead a team of 7 to 10 sales representatives, guiding them to achieve their monthly contract and revenue goals. Your role involves presenting Teya's solutions in a clear and engaging manner, fostering trust and strong relationships with local merchants and partners.

You will gather insights on the market, competitors, and customer needs, transforming these into actionable growth opportunities. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve our offerings and processes. You will also be responsible for sharing accurate reports on your team's pipeline and performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
