Teya is seeking a Lead People Partner to shape the people strategy for their UK operations. You'll work closely with the leadership team to align people initiatives with commercial priorities. This role requires experience in people operations and a passion for supporting local businesses.

You have a strong background in people operations, ideally with experience in a fast-growing organization. You understand the importance of aligning people strategy with business goals and have a proven track record of partnering with leadership teams to drive performance. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build trust and rapport with diverse teams.

What you'll do
In this role, you will partner directly with the UK General Manager and the leadership team to shape the people strategy for Teya's UK operations. You will be responsible for aligning people initiatives with commercial priorities, ensuring that the organization is well-equipped to scale effectively. You will play a key role in building a high-performing go-to-market organization that spans Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Field Operations.
You will lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and performance, implementing programs that support continuous learning and development. You will also work on initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, ensuring that all team members feel valued and supported in their roles. Your insights will help guide the organization in making informed decisions about talent acquisition, retention, and development.
