What you'll do

As a Recruitment Resourcer at Teya, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying self-employed sales consultants through various channels. You will create and nurture relationships with prospective sellers from the first contact through to successful onboarding. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with the company's growth objectives.
