You have a passion for empowering others and a strong background in sales training or enablement — you understand the nuances of building skills and confidence in new sales consultants. Your experience in coaching and mentoring allows you to effectively guide individuals through their onboarding process, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in their roles. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner — you know how to tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of your audience. Your ability to build rapport quickly helps you establish trust with new ISCs, making them feel valued and supported from day one. What you'll do
As a Sales Enablement Trainer at Teya, you will take ownership of the activation process for new ISCs, guiding them through their initial training and beyond. You will deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions that equip them with the necessary skills to make their first sale and build a sustainable business.
