What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist at Stripe, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our Sales Spin Up onboarding program, ensuring that new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. You will also conduct targeted skills workshops aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture. Your responsibilities will include engaging with sales teams to gather feedback and insights, which will help shape future training initiatives.
