Who you are

You have a technical degree in machining or a related field and possess hands-on experience with CNC machining and CAM programming. Your expertise includes generating and adjusting CAM toolpaths using HyperMill, and you are comfortable setting up and operating modern 5-axis CNC mills and turning machines. You have a strong understanding of machining high-performance materials such as Inconel and composites, and you are familiar with the intricacies of aerospace quality standards.

You are detail-oriented and capable of performing in-process inspections to ensure that parts are produced to tight tolerances. Your experience includes programming and operating WEDM machines for additive manufacturing post-processing, and you are adept at preparing raw materials for machining using band saws. You thrive in an international work environment and can communicate effectively in English with team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate and adjust CAM toolpaths using HyperMill, ensuring that all machining operations are executed efficiently and accurately. You will set up and operate multi-brand 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes, machining critical aerospace components such as brackets and valve subcomponents. Your responsibilities will also include performing in-process inspections and adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain quality standards.

You will be responsible for keeping your workstation clean and organized, adhering to aerospace quality standards at all times. Additionally, you will conduct first-level maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working condition. You will collaborate closely with leads to resolve any issues that arise during the machining process, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in production.
