Your experience includes organizing test campaigns for combustion devices — you are adept at developing validation and verification strategies that ensure the reliability and efficiency of propulsion systems. You are passionate about space exploration and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the detailed functional, hydraulic, and thermal design of combustion devices, focusing specifically on ignition systems. You will review subsystem requirements and carry out trades to define the architecture of combustion devices, ensuring alignment with performance and manufacturability goals. Your responsibilities will include driving the development of ignition systems, evaluating concepts, and considering propellant conditioning aspects.

You will coordinate validation activities and guide hardware maturation from initial concepts to hot-fire testing — your leadership will be crucial in organizing combustion device test campaigns that validate the performance of the systems you design. You will collaborate with engineers and scientists to ensure that the propulsion systems meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
