Your ability to manage sprints and organize epic tasks is complemented by your skills in maintaining a real-time overview of project tasks, driving decisions forward, and removing blockers to ensure momentum.

You are adept at transforming high-level technical direction into actionable work packages, ensuring that all tasks align with the Chief Engineering Office's objectives. Your experience includes managing major sub-contractors and coordinating technical team inputs, which allows you to effectively interface with various stakeholders. You understand the importance of maintaining a risk register and coordinating with program-level risks to ensure project success.

You believe in the importance of clarity in roles and responsibilities, fostering an environment of extreme ownership among team members. Your approach to project management emphasizes the need to prioritize mandatory activities while efficiently managing resources and budget constraints.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operational aspects of the Nyx program, ensuring that the team reaches EM-level maturity as quickly as possible. You will manage the execution of tasks, coordinate with engineers, and drive decisions to maintain project momentum. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the EAC process and ensuring that the team operates within allocated budget and schedule constraints.

You will support the Team Lead by breaking down high-level objectives into actionable tasks, ensuring that all team efforts are aligned with the overall program goals. Your role will also involve managing external team task requests and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive overview of all tasks and ensuring that the team is focused on the most critical activities. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying needs, obtaining approvals for purchases and resources, and managing the risk register to mitigate potential issues.
