Your leadership skills enable you to guide other engineers and technicians in executing complex operations. You are detail-oriented and capable of writing comprehensive procedures for assembly and mechanical setups. You thrive in collaborative environments and are willing to support activities across various facilities, including international locations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the setup of the MAIT Mechanisms laboratory in Turin, Italy, ensuring that all necessary equipment and processes are in place for effective testing. You will support subsystem testing at The Exploration Company and partner facilities, coordinating efforts to ensure that all tests are executed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include writing detailed procedures for assembly and mechanical setups, organizing EVT campaigns, and leading operations while mentoring junior engineers. You will also be responsible for managing reports at the end of operations and supporting the procurement of specific equipment designed internally.
