Your ability to document and visualize processes ensures clarity and efficiency across engineering and business domains.

You are skilled in change management, capable of developing and executing plans that facilitate the adoption of new processes — your experience includes training and documentation to support successful transitions. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are proactive in identifying inefficiencies and leading initiatives to enhance operational workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support process definition by collaborating with various stakeholders to map and document key processes — your insights will help visualize workflows that enhance productivity. You will provide initial implementation support for process integration and digitalization, ensuring that new processes are effectively integrated into existing systems.

Conducting regular process audits will be a key responsibility, where you will work closely with Process Owners and Quality Assurance to ensure all processes are documented with up-to-date procedures, flowcharts, and SOPs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for continuous process improvement and optimization.

As the primary liaison between Process Owners and digitalization experts, you will support tooling expansion and automation efforts — your role will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of processes within the organization. You will also develop and execute change management plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are prepared for new processes and tools.
