What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will partner closely with tech leaders to define role requirements and set clear hiring priorities, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and streamline operations.

You will champion the employer brand within the tech community, crafting engaging job descriptions and representing Thndr at industry events. By leveraging recruitment analytics, you will track pipeline health and conversion rates, using insights to continuously improve your strategies and ensure that the company attracts the best talent in the market.
