You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the design process. What you'll do
As the Lead Product Designer for Payments Services at Tide, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions that simplify the banking experience for SMEs. You will collaborate closely with the Cards team to develop a seamless cross-border payments experience, addressing the unique challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing.
You will also play a key role in establishing and maintaining design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all payment-related products.
