You have a proven track record in paid search marketing, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and developing successful campaigns. Your analytical mindset allows you to optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring they meet client objectives and drive business growth. You excel in building strong client relationships and have a knack for training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to innovate and create award-winning strategies that stand out in the competitive landscape of digital marketing. You are comfortable working with various analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. You understand the importance of return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA) metrics, and you leverage these insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What you'll do
As the Director of Paid Search at Tombras, you will lead a talented team of paid search supervisors, managers, strategists, and analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to create, implement, and continually optimize effective paid search campaigns that align with client goals.
