Who you are

You have hands-on experience in advocacy or customer marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to build and activate customer advocate ecosystems. Your curiosity and creativity drive you to rethink traditional advocacy models, ensuring they are scalable and impactful. You are skilled in establishing and managing strong customer relationships, identifying advocates through various signals, and consolidating these into a high-quality advocate pool.

You are adept at using modern tools and technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance the efficiency of advocacy programs. Your focus is on ensuring that customers have a thoughtful and positive experience while aligning advocacy efforts with business outcomes. You thrive in a builder role, eager to establish and modernize customer reference programs beyond traditional one-to-one references.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and modernize the customer reference program, building core processes and advocate profiles while designing scalable alternatives to traditional references. You will consolidate signals from various sources, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, NPS, and community engagement, into a centralized advocate pipeline. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling customer stories by interviewing customers and collaborating with Product Marketing and Content teams to write impactful case studies.

You will activate customers by supporting sales references, facilitating speaking opportunities, and managing testimonials and quotes. Your work will span across events, campaigns, and other go-to-market initiatives, ensuring that advocacy supports broader business goals. You will continuously seek innovative ways to engage customers and enhance their advocacy experience, making a significant impact on the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
