Who you are
You have a strong background in management consulting, with a proven ability to build and scale services from the ground up. Your strategic vision is complemented by commercial acumen and hands-on execution skills, allowing you to navigate complex organizational dynamics effectively. You excel in communicating your vision clearly and can define a compelling go-to-market strategy that aligns with client needs. Your experience includes engaging with both new and existing clients, ensuring that the solutions you shape deliver lasting impact. You are comfortable leading through ambiguity and have the humility to lead by doing, making you an ideal fit for this senior leadership role.
What you'll do
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall Management Consulting strategy at Toptal. You will lead efforts to identify market opportunities and build the operational foundation necessary for launching a high-performing consulting offering. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Talent Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure the offering is scalable and profitable. You will regularly attend virtual team meetings, work independently with minimal supervision, and utilize digital collaboration tools to manage workflows and deadlines effectively. Your leadership will be critical in rallying cross-functional teams around shared goals and securing stakeholder buy-in to drive the business forward.
