What you'll do
As the Director of Forward Deployed AI Engineering, you will lead the development of the Atlas FDE playbook, defining how engineers embed with industrial customers to implement AI solutions. You will work closely with sales and product leaders to identify customer needs and translate them into high-ROI AI systems. Your role will involve overseeing on-site deployments and ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
You will be responsible for building a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will guide the team in developing AI agents and automation tools that deliver significant productivity gains. You will also engage directly with industrial CEOs, providing insights and recommendations on how AI can transform their operations.
