Your familiarity with data pipelines and alert systems positions you well to contribute to the development of agentic alert investigation tools. You are also comfortable with front-end technologies like Next.js and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless integration between back-end and front-end systems.

Desirable

Experience with high-volume event processing and investigation history management is a plus. Familiarity with multi-agent systems and their applications in alert investigation will set you apart. You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies as they emerge in the fast-paced AI landscape.

What you'll do

As the Founding AI Engineer at Tracer Cloud Inc, you will own the architecture and implementation of core systems that transform alerts into defensible investigations and root cause analyses (RCAs). You will design and build the alert ingestion and normalization processes, ensuring that alerts are accurately processed and contextualized. Your role will involve enriching context and correlating data across various systems to provide meaningful insights.

You will lead the development of the hypothesis orchestration engine and the investigation execution runtime, enabling efficient and effective incident responses. Collaborating closely with your team, you will ensure that the systems you build are robust, scalable, and capable of handling the demands of production environments. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and reliability of the alert investigation process, helping teams focus on what truly matters.
