Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a high-growth startup, management consulting, or investment banking. Your analytical nature and hyper-logical thinking enable you to tackle complex problems effectively. You have a solid track record of taking ownership and leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
Your experience in fintech or early-stage startups is a bonus, as is your intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL. You thrive in environments where you can develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance product quality and deliver positive business outcomes. You are comfortable working directly with founders and setting operational KPIs to ensure the company's growth trajectory continues.
What you'll do
In this role, you will tackle some of the toughest challenges faced by Venn, developing and implementing innovative solutions across various areas such as operations, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams, including product, to analyze data and provide meaningful insights that improve customer experience. Your focus will be on building and optimizing scalable processes that support Venn's hyper-growth, ensuring that operational KPIs are met consistently.
You will collaborate with the founders to set strategic goals and ensure that the company remains on track to redefine business banking for Canadian entrepreneurs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance the overall quality of Venn's products. You will play a key role in shaping the future of business banking in Canada, making a significant impact on the company's success.
