Overview
Trading212 is seeking an Onboarding (KYC) Specialist to provide exceptional customer care and support to their international client base. You'll communicate with clients, verify onboarding documents, and conduct due diligence. This role requires proficiency in English and a customer-oriented approach.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a customer advocate with a strong customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above is essential, and you are adaptable to a rapidly changing environment. You possess good time management and multitasking skills, and you are eager to learn and develop in your career. Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, as is an understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry. Fluency in another language would also be advantageous.
What you'll do
In this role, you will communicate with clients in both English and Bulgarian, addressing incoming inquiries via chat and email. You will review, analyze, and verify client onboarding documents, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately inputted and validated. Conducting due diligence and risk assessments on new clients will be a key responsibility, as well as channeling client feedback to improve services. You will be required to work on a 24/7 schedule, organized in shifts, to provide continuous support to our clients.
