Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. With over 3 years of experience in human resources management, you have a proven track record in high-performance environments. You excel at building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization and are skilled at addressing HR-related questions and concerns. Your proactive approach to collecting and analyzing employee feedback demonstrates your commitment to improving engagement and retention. You are adept at providing hands-on support to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and team dynamics. You continuously assess and enhance HR practices to surpass industry standards, ensuring that the company culture is reinforced through effective HR policies.
What you'll do
As an HR Business Partner at Trading212, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring that employees feel supported and valued. You will run regular 1:1 check-ins with new joiners to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and gather actionable feedback to improve processes. Your role will involve collaborating with managers to address performance issues and development plans, fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity. You will support the performance management system, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback, while also assisting in internal events and initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale. Your contributions will be vital in shaping a positive work environment that aligns with the company's mission to enable everyone to build wealth.
