Who you are

You have a growth hacking mindset and a strong understanding of influencer marketing β€” you know how to leverage social media and industry-specific channels to identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities. Your excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills enable you to maintain open communication with partners and suggest new campaigns effectively.

You bring previous experience in marketing or partnerships, ideally within the tech or finance sectors β€” your thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques allows you to handle objections and close deals successfully. A strong interest in investing or finance complements your professional background, making you well-suited for this role.

What you'll do

As a Partnerships Manager at Trading212, you will source and cultivate new and existing partnerships, negotiating and closing deals while handling objections. You will maintain open communication with partners, suggesting new campaigns and providing performance feedback to internal teams. Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all campaign and compliance guidelines are followed by partners.

You will actively seek out new partnership opportunities through social media and industry-specific channels, conducting market research to identify possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Staying informed of the industry’s latest trends, technologies, and the competitor landscape will be crucial for your success in this role.
