Your experience in the travel or SaaS industry is a plus, as it equips you with the insights needed to navigate the unique challenges of this sector. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing customer needs or market dynamics.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Manager at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the CEE markets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth within these accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our platform. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.

You will analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase margins. Regular check-ins with clients will be essential to maintain strong relationships and ensure that they are receiving maximum value from our services. You will also be involved in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.

In addition to account management, you will play a key role in identifying upsell opportunities and driving revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients will be crucial in achieving these goals. You will also participate in regular team meetings to share insights and collaborate on best practices for account management.
