Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the SaaS or travel industry β€” you've successfully managed enterprise-level clients and understand the nuances of the DACH market. Your strong communication skills allow you to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve client satisfaction and drive growth. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver the best solutions for your clients.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or expense management sector is a plus β€” you understand the challenges businesses face in managing travel and expenses and can provide valuable insights to your clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis will help you track client engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Manager at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the DACH region. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel and expense management needs, providing tailored solutions that drive efficiency and satisfaction. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, ensuring they are getting the most out of our platform and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and help shape product development based on client feedback.

In addition to managing existing accounts, you will identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio, working to expand our services and increase client engagement. You will be expected to develop and execute account plans that align with both client objectives and TravelPerk's business goals.
