TravelPerk is hiring a Staff Product Designer to enhance their Spend product. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional results and improve user experiences. This role requires strong design skills and experience in product design.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in product design, ideally with a focus on user experience and interface design. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that demonstrate your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about solving complex problems and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your designs is polished and user-friendly. You are also comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders, articulating your design decisions clearly and effectively.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS products or travel-related applications would be a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing is also desirable, as it will help you make data-driven design decisions. A background in UX research or usability testing can further enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As a Staff Product Designer at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for designing and iterating on the Spend product, ensuring it meets the needs of our users while aligning with business goals. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and refining designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company.
