Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in financial operations, particularly in transaction reconciliation and settlement processes. You understand the intricacies of various payment channels including FAST, EFT, wire, card, and POS transactions, and you are adept at using SAP FI for transaction management. Your attention to detail ensures that discrepancies are swiftly investigated and resolved, contributing to a seamless payment experience for users.
You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to control commission and POS fees effectively. You are familiar with managing refund, cancellation, and chargeback processes, and you thrive in environments where you can support merchant payout controls. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with banks and internal finance, accounting, and treasury teams, driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Settlement Professional at Trendyol, you will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of bank and system transactions across multiple payment channels. This includes ensuring accurate matching and posting of transactions in SAP FI, as well as investigating and resolving discrepancies that may arise. You will reconcile settlements with clearing institutions such as BKM, TROY, Visa, and Mastercard, ensuring that all transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.
Your role will also involve controlling commission and POS fees, managing refund, cancellation, and chargeback processes, and supporting merchant payout controls. You will prepare regular reconciliation and settlement reports, providing insights and updates to your team and stakeholders. By contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives, you will help enhance the overall efficiency of the payment infrastructure at Trendyol.
