TripActions is hiring a Scaled Account Manager - German Speaker to ensure a seamless customer experience for Travel and Expense clients. You'll assist customers with product-related questions and drive successful contract renewals. This role requires strong communication skills and a structured approach.

You are detail-oriented and adept at prioritizing tasks, ensuring that you can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
In this role, you will support your customers by ensuring excellent customer experience through timely and accurate communications. You will own the renewal cycle for your portfolio, from preparation and customer alignment to execution, ensuring predictable, timely, and successful renewals. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our travel and expense product offering will enable you to assist program administrators effectively with product functionality.
You will monitor and respond to email inquiries from Travel and Expense Administrators related to product integrations, platform settings, travel and expense policy configuration, and troubleshooting product bugs and feature requests. Your ability to drive satisfaction and adoption will be key to your success in this role, as you work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
