Overview

KnowBe4 is seeking a Channel Account Manager fluent in German to manage and develop partner relationships. You'll play a key role in driving deal registrations and ensuring a positive partner experience. This position is based in Berlin.

What you'll do

As a Channel Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will work closely with partners to drive deal registrations and identify new customer opportunities, acting as their primary point of contact. Your role will involve developing strategic plans to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction, leveraging your understanding of the cybersecurity landscape to provide tailored solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive timely updates and support, facilitating a seamless experience. Regularly assessing partner performance and providing feedback will be crucial to your success, as you aim to strengthen relationships and drive growth. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to keep partners informed about KnowBe4's offerings and best practices in security awareness training.
