You have experience in account management, particularly in the mid-market segment, where you've successfully driven sales and built strong relationships with clients. Your fluency in German allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You understand the importance of cybersecurity and are passionate about helping organizations strengthen their security culture. Your ability to articulate the value of KnowBe4's products and services will enable you to motivate existing customers to purchase additional offerings. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your accounts and are skilled at navigating complex sales processes.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our suite of cybersecurity products and services to existing mid-market customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to exceed monthly sales quotas by engaging with customers and encouraging them to expand their use of our solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive customer retention and satisfaction.
You will conduct regular check-ins with your accounts to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional products. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience with our products. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position KnowBe4's solutions in the market.
