TripActions is hiring a Sales Coordinator to enhance the operational efficiency of the Sales leadership team. You'll manage complex scheduling and support recruitment logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills and collaboration across departments.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in sales operations or administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing complex calendars and understand the importance of effective scheduling in driving sales success. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. You are a proactive communicator, able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including Sales VPs, Legal, and Finance teams. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy being a key business partner to leadership.
Desirable
Experience with recruitment processes and familiarity with sales tools would be beneficial. A background in coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus, as is an understanding of the sales cycle and operational hygiene.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary scheduling partner for multiple Sales VPs, managing their complex calendars for candidate interviews and critical business meetings. You will facilitate all tactical items related to the recruiting process, including coordinating interview loops and generating contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance. Your responsibilities will also include preparing materials for performance reporting and organizing key company meetings such as QBRs and All-Hands. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of programs and administrative requests, acting as a proactive partner to support the Sales organization.
