You have 6-8 years of quantitative experience, ideally in sales and revenue analytics, where you've developed a deep understanding of how to analyze and interpret complex data. You pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that your analyses are thorough and accurate. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges as they arise.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex data insights to senior stakeholders. Your ability to lead cross-functional projects demonstrates your strategic mindset and your capacity to work collaboratively with various teams, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing. You have experience in establishing data governance standards, ensuring that all departments align on a single source of truth for data.

What you'll do

As a Manager on the Revenue Analytics team, you will independently lead cross-functional projects aimed at developing and implementing new revenue growth initiatives. You will conduct in-depth statistical analyses to identify trends and risks, going beyond just reporting what happened to uncover the reasons behind those outcomes and recommend actionable next steps. Your role will involve providing end-to-end data solutions, from working with raw data to developing SQL models, building dashboards, and presenting insights to key stakeholders.

You will serve as a strategic partner to revenue leaders, proactively diagnosing business health and prescribing operational interventions without waiting for top-down direction. Your expertise will drive the adoption of self-service analytics by designing intuitive reporting environments that empower business teams to answer their own questions at scale. You will also establish and enforce data governance standards for the revenue organization, ensuring alignment across Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
