Job Description
Who you are
You are a performance-driven professional with 3–4 years of experience managing user acquisition in a B2C or B2B2C environment, ideally from a leading SAAS company. You possess a proven track record in user acquisition, demonstrating your ability to balance technical campaign management with high-impact creative intuition. Your analytical precision allows you to derive actionable insights from raw performance metrics, enabling you to make high-stakes optimization decisions effectively.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with rapid experimentation. Your mindset is open-minded and agile, allowing you to adapt quickly to changing market trends and competition. You have strong proficiency in data tools, which you utilize to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Desirable
Experience with mobile app growth strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with creative strategies that leverage trend-aware video content and user-generated content. You are eager to partner with creative teams to produce high-performing hooks based on data-driven insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of performance campaigns across social discovery channels, owning the multi-channel strategy for Navan Edge. You will drive the end-to-end strategy for direct app-installs and web-to-app campaigns, optimizing every touchpoint from the first ad impression to the final signup. Your responsibilities will include continuously testing new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad formats to stay ahead of market trends.
You will utilize a rigorous analytical approach to monitor budgets and campaign performance, identifying immediate opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with creative teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences. You will maintain a high-velocity workflow, ensuring that all campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
