Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable and reliable systems. Your expertise in Java and Spring allows you to design and implement robust backend services that support high traffic and complex functionalities. You understand the importance of REST APIs and have experience in developing them to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle challenges effectively, and you are comfortable debugging and optimizing existing systems to enhance performance.
You are familiar with cloud technologies and have experience deploying applications in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and reliability. Your knowledge of database management, particularly with SQL and NoSQL databases, allows you to design efficient data storage solutions that meet application needs.
You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members, and you value feedback as a means to improve both your work and the team's output. You are also open to mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning within the team.
Desirable
Experience with microservices architecture is a plus, as is familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Knowledge of CI/CD practices will help you contribute to the team's efficiency in delivering high-quality software.
