You have a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience creating user-centered designs that enhance customer experiences. You are proficient in Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your designs is polished and effective. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about AI and its potential to transform customer service, and you are excited to push the boundaries of design in this rapidly evolving field.
Desirable
Experience in designing for AI-driven products is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies. You understand the importance of data in informing design decisions and are comfortable using analytics to guide your work. What you'll do
