What you'll do

As a Solution Architect at TripAdvisor, you will play a pivotal role in enabling partners to leverage Viator’s APIs effectively. You will support partners in designing an implementation roadmap that aligns with their business objectives, focusing on both technical onboarding and strategic consultation.

You will also be responsible for optimizing the performance of the solutions you design, ensuring that they drive conversion and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with internal teams to refine and improve the API offerings based on partner feedback and market trends. You will be expected to stay updated on industry developments and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table that can further enhance the value of Viator’s APIs.
