Trustly is hiring a Sales Executive for their Enterprise Sales team to drive the full sales lifecycle and close large-scale payment solutions. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record in Enterprise Sales, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and closing large-scale, customized payment solutions. You thrive in ambiguity and can translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, ensuring that you meet or exceed aggressive growth objectives. Your consultative closing style allows you to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive success.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of Trustly's innovative payment solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, ensures that you can effectively address client requirements and deliver exceptional service. You are motivated by a strong sense of purpose and are eager to contribute to a high-growth environment that is transforming the way the world pays.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from strategic prospecting to final contract execution. You will identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Trustly's solutions can meet their needs. Your ability to build and maintain relationships will be key as you work to close deals and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that solutions are delivered effectively.
