Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in retaining and growing customer portfolios — you understand the importance of building long-term relationships and delivering measurable business value. Your commercial acumen allows you to drive renewals and expand accounts effectively, ensuring that customers see the value in their partnership with Trustpilot.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Customer Success Managers, to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of services. Your ability to maintain Salesforce accuracy and execute defined renewal processes contributes to strong Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal process, focusing on delivering high Gross Renewal Rates and predictable retention. You will drive portfolio expansion through upselling and cross-selling, contributing to overall portfolio growth. Building and maintaining detailed account plans will be essential, as will collaborating closely with internal teams to support customers in achieving their goals.
You will be accountable for executing defined renewal processes and ensuring that customer interactions are meaningful and productive. Your efforts will directly impact Trustpilot's commitment to building trust and transparency in the market, making you a vital part of the team.
