You'll be responsible for driving growth and retention in the Swedish market while managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in managing teams focused on mid-market customers. Your strategic mindset allows you to combine local market insights with operational discipline to drive predictable growth. You are adept at coaching and managing teams, ensuring excellence in acquisition, renewal, and growth across the customer lifecycle. You understand the importance of cross-segment collaboration and can effectively coordinate commercial efforts across different market segments. Your experience includes accountability for revenue performance, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and lead teams towards achieving ambitious targets.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Swedish market. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of your team and the business. A background in account management or sales operations will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As the Country Manager for Sweden, you will lead the full commercial performance for the mid-market segment, being accountable for both new business and retention metrics. You will coach and manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, guiding them through the full customer lifecycle. Your role will involve maintaining clear visibility of the team’s new business and renewal pipeline, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded. You will also serve as the commercial coordination point for Trustpilot’s presence in Sweden, aligning efforts across all segments, including Enterprise and Small Business. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving growth and ensuring that the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service to customers.
