What you'll do

As a Staff Engineer at Trustpilot, you will work across our Consumer teams, including Voice, Decisions, and Reach, as well as our Design Systems team. Your role will involve shaping the backend architecture that supports our consumer-facing applications, ensuring they are robust and scalable. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features that align with our mission.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of learning within the team. Your contributions will directly impact how we build and improve our platform, making it easier for users to share their experiences and trust the reviews they read. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that our codebase remains maintainable and efficient.
