You are a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in channel sales. You have experience developing and managing relationships with reseller partners, and you understand the nuances of driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Your bilingual proficiency in Swedish and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that you can build strong connections in the Swedish market.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partner teams, to execute best-in-class channel strategies. Your strategic thinking and hands-on execution style make you a valuable asset in driving net new business through the channel.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach and impact in Sweden. You will develop and manage a network of high-performing reseller partners, driving net new business through the channel. Your responsibilities will include building a robust pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving business objectives.
You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new reseller partners, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You will also monitor partner performance, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Verkada's offerings align with market demands.
As you drive growth through the channel, you will analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance. You will collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support partner sales efforts. Your ability to think strategically and execute effectively will be key to your success in this role.
