You are comfortable with content creation, writing clear and concise knowledge articles and FAQs for commercial tools. Your attention to detail ensures that the materials you produce are not only informative but also engaging for the users. You have a basic understanding of video production, allowing you to edit and produce high-quality tutorial videos that demonstrate efficient ways to use the tools available.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Operational Development team to maintain and expand the Commercial Tech Academy, which serves as an internal hub for mastering the Trustpilot tech stack. You will be responsible for managing and organizing content within the academy to ensure that resources are easy to find and always current. Your role will involve writing knowledge articles and FAQs that help commercial representatives navigate their tools effectively.

Additionally, you will engage in video production, editing and producing tutorial videos that showcase quick and effective ways to utilize the tools at their disposal. Your contributions will directly impact how the Sales and Customer Success teams master their toolkit, helping them save time and build confidence in their roles. You will be a driving force behind the technical enablement of our commercial representatives, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
