What you'll do

In this role, you will be the central force behind moving the Customer Experience and Support department from reactive reporting to proactive, predictive planning. You will own the full spectrum of reporting, analytics, insights, and forecasting, ensuring that the organization is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will architect a 'Single Source of Truth' for various data streams, driving a culture of performance excellence across the department. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Insights & Improvement Manager to develop strategies that enhance customer support and engagement. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance metrics, enabling teams to make informed decisions quickly.
