Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in leading integration projects that enhance user experiences across various platforms. Your background includes working closely with engineering and UX teams to drive product development from conception to launch. You understand the intricacies of ecommerce and SaaS ecosystems, and you are adept at identifying opportunities for integration that can significantly improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You are comfortable with stakeholder management and can effectively communicate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience includes defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. You enjoy mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and understand the importance of integrating trust signals into the customer journey.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana is a plus. Familiarity with user research techniques and A/B testing will help you validate product decisions effectively. A background in working with APIs and understanding technical constraints will enhance your ability to lead integration projects successfully.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and UX designers through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration. You will own and evolve the long-term strategy for Trustpilot’s integrations ecosystem, ensuring that our offerings provide a best-in-class experience across major ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and others.

You will be responsible for shaping how Trustpilot integrates with various business software, driving adoption and usage among merchants. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to modernize core integrations and rebuild key applications natively, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions, continuously iterating on features to enhance the user experience. You will also work closely with marketing and sales teams to align product offerings with go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our integrations are effectively communicated to potential users.
