Who you are
You are an experienced Senior Product/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design complex, high-impact features. You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and can navigate complex initiatives to improve conversion rates and user experiences. Your hands-on craft is complemented by your ability to influence product strategy and execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a proven track record of conducting user research and usability testing, allowing you to create well-crafted design proposals that align stakeholders and clarify project scope. Your experience includes leveraging AI-powered features to enhance user interactions, particularly in tools related to review management. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a high-growth company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design strategy and execution for the Reviews & Core squad at Trustpilot. You will take full ownership of the design process, from initial problem framing to delivery, ensuring that user experiences are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape product strategy and execution, using your influence to drive alignment across teams.
You will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences, particularly focusing on AI-powered features that enhance communication and review management tools. Conducting user research and usability testing will be key to your role, as you gather insights to inform your design decisions and validate your proposals. You will create design proposals that effectively communicate your rationale and align stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project scope and objectives.
