Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle. You understand the intricacies of integrations within the ecommerce and SaaS landscape, and you have a proven track record of driving product strategy that enhances user experience and adoption.
Your expertise includes working with major ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Salesforce. You are adept at defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features that align with business goals and customer needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and UX designers to deliver high-quality products.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. You are comfortable conducting user research and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and iterate on features based on user feedback.
You are a strategic thinker who can envision the long-term direction of Trustpilot’s integrations ecosystem. You are passionate about creating seamless experiences for merchants and businesses, ensuring that Trustpilot’s offerings are deeply integrated and provide significant value.
Desirable
Experience with emerging platforms and technologies in the ecommerce space is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana will help you manage your projects effectively. A background in UX design principles can also enhance your ability to collaborate with design teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and UX designers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will own the long-term strategy for Trustpilot’s integrations, ensuring that the product evolves to meet the needs of merchants and businesses across various platforms.
You will prioritize the integration portfolio, focusing on modernizing core integrations and rebuilding key applications to provide a native Trustpilot experience. Your leadership will be crucial in expanding into new, high-value ecosystems that drive adoption and enhance customer value.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define success metrics and track the performance of integrations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be essential in aligning product goals with business objectives.
You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions. By analyzing user behavior and feedback, you will iterate on features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of customers.
