What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and UX designers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will own and evolve the long-term strategy for Trustpilot’s integrations, ensuring a best-in-class experience across major ecommerce platforms. Your leadership will be crucial as you modernize core integrations and expand into new, high-value ecosystems.

You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features based on user feedback and market research, and ensure that the integrations align with Trustpilot's overall growth strategy. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will oversee the rollout and migration of new features, ensuring a frictionless experience for merchants and businesses.

Your role will also involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions, as well as analyzing performance metrics to measure the success of integrations. You will be responsible for communicating progress and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
