Who you are
You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the tech and product sectors, and you understand the nuances of hiring for mid to senior-level positions. Your ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders is key — you know how to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver results. You are data-driven in your approach, utilizing metrics to inform your recruitment strategies and ensure a high-quality hiring experience. You are also passionate about mentoring and developing talent acquisition partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
Desirable
Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in talent acquisition and recruitment technology. You are proactive in seeking out innovative solutions to attract top talent and are comfortable coaching leaders on best practices in recruitment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will develop and implement effective talent strategies that align with Trustpilot's business goals, ensuring that you attract candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also fit the company culture. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Technology Leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic insights on the talent market. Your role will also involve conducting assessments to ensure candidate quality and fit, as well as championing Trustpilot's feedback culture throughout the recruitment process.
You will be responsible for mentoring and developing other talent acquisition partners, sharing your expertise and best practices to elevate the team's overall performance. You will drive innovation in recruitment processes, leveraging data to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will play a key role in building Trustpilot's employer brand, ensuring that the company is seen as an attractive place to work for top talent in the industry.
